Do you like to show off your new condominium to your friends and family? The beauty of our community is the first impression that they will receive and is a key component of the value of your property investment. Do you have any ideas about how it can be improved? Become a member of the Camellia Gardens Landscape Committee, share your opinions, and become involved in our community’s leadership! We are looking for a minimum of one committee member per building, but the more participation we have, the more our community will blossom. Areas that are considered to be of top priority include:

1. Additional enhancements to front entrance. (See our master landscape plan.)
2. Weed/Pest control for landscaping.
3. Irrigation & Fertilization of landscaping.
4. Planting and relocating new plants that enhance the beauty of our community.

  

Examples of suggestions some of our residents have made that will help improve and maintain the beauty of our property include organizing a “Community Beautification Day” to remove various debris from our property, installing gardening enhancements to our front entrance, and the addition of Camellia trees to our property.
