Camellia Gardens
Condominiums Strategic Planning

In June of 2005, the Board of Directors
completed the
Camellia Gardens Front Entrance and Buildings
Landscape Master Plan with Landscape Architect
Frank Douglass of Tallahassee Nurseries. This
move will provide for a strategic method of landscape
enhancements as the association begins to grow
throughout the years.
The plan calls for the
Indian Hawthorn and 'Shi-Shi Gashira' Camellia to be
added to the front entrance, Dwarf Yaupon Holly and
Azetec Grass to surround our Shumard Oak in the front
circle-round, and also calls for the relocation of 174
existing Ligustrum from the front of each unit to act
as a privacy and noise buffer between our
neighborhood and Old Bainbridge Road. The
Ligustrum will be replaced in front of the condo units
with 90 Carissa Holly's and 140 Liriope 'Super Green
Giant' plants.
