Named “Neighborhood of the Year” by the City of Tallahassee and the Council of Neighborhood Associations (CONA), and nestled among the towering oaks and soaring hardwoods along Old Bainbridge Road is a Tallahassee treasure. Our community offers its owners a peaceful and serene setting, while still being located just minutes from shops, restaurants, I-10, and downtown. Constructed in 2004, our fifty-eight unit owner’s Association provides for care-free living with perfectly manicured lawns, maintenance-free units, and neighborhood safety programs tailored to those with active lifestyles (on-the-go business professionals, young couples, those who regularly travel outside of Tallahassee for work, or those who may only come into town for FSU game weekends).

Camellia Gardens Condominiums Association, Inc. represents the interests of the community through our commitment to strategic planning, financial stability, community beautification, and neighborhood safety. The business affairs and rules enforcement of our neighborhood are managed by Marie Eddy of Homeowners Association Management, Inc. Meanwhile, the elected Board of Directors — with the goal of engaging the community in civic participation — is made up of volunteer owners from our neighborhood.
